CLAIMING PRIZE: Winner will be notified by email and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability and Publicity Release (“Release”) which must be received by Sponsor within 14 days of receipt of the Release, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor and prize providers reserve the right to further restrict use dates and/or alter expiration dates; black-out dates may apply. Any unused portion of the prize will be automatically forfeited. All gift cards, merchant vouchers, and hotel vouchers will be mailed to the verified winner. Winner must make arrangements directly with merchants, and hotel to reserve hotel. Sponsor will provide all applicable information for the winner to correspond with Sponsor and its’ Agents concerning prize redemption details. Gift cards awarded by Sponsor are provided for winner to pay for any and all travel costs to or from destination. All travel arrangements and costs are the reasonability of the winner. Gift cards provided by Sponsor are issued by American Express can be used to purchase airfare but cannot be used to hold airline reservations.

TERMS: By entering, entrants agree to: i) be contacted by the Sponsor, or Sponsor and its Agents, via email, mail, or phone; ii) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judge whose decisions are final, and iii) release the Sponsor and its agents from all liability, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use/misuse of any prize. Winners agree that by accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation in all media (except if winner is a resident of TN or where otherwise prohibited by law). Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes applicable to the acceptance and use of any prize. If the prize is $600.00 or higher a 1099 tax form will be issued in the winner’s name for the ARV.

The Winner and his/her travel guest must travel on the same itinerary and have valid travel documents. Once booking is finalized, no deviations will be allowed for any portion of the prize. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be sold or transferred and is not convertible to cash. Sponsor or its’ Agents reserve the right to require additional documentation from winner and their guest. Additional prize restrictions and terms may be imposed by prize providers. The Grand Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the Grand Prize ARV. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of the Grand Prize is unavailable. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded.

Mass entries, or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor, who is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
